Application: An example of this is when different woman's groups (black, white, asian, latina, etc) reach out to one another. in confidence and respect, and work collectively to protest for changes in the wage gap.
Adaptation: This theory/practice can be used in business. A group of business that offer the same services can merge/work together to create a collective brand and share profits.
